The Role
We are looking for 3 Sales Engineers to join our team and support the growth of our business within an assigned territory.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver technical fan solutions that meet customer needs and drive long-term partnerships.
Sales & Territory Development
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow sales within the assigned territory
- Identifying, targeting, and developing new customer opportunities
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s revenue growth
Customer & Market Engagement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders
- Understanding customer applications and recommending suitable fan solutions
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the industries served by Multi-Wing
- Monitoring market trends, competitors, and opportunities to differentiate Multi-Wing solutions
Sales Planning & Reporting
- Developing annual sales projections for the assigned territory
- Setting performance goals together with the Sales Manager
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
- Submitting regular reports including customer activity, sales progress, and market insights
Internal Collaboration
- Collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and customer service teams
- Fostering a culture of quality, teamwork, and customer focus
- Communicating customer feedback and opportunities to management
