Role overview

Join Multi‑Wing as a Manufacturing Engineer and become a key player in improving our production processes, shaping workplace layouts, and driving lean and data‑driven improvements in an international manufacturing company with a long tradition.
 

• Designing and optimising production processes with a focus on efficiency, quality and safety
• Helping to design workplace layouts and material flows
• Managing technical data in the ERP system and ensuring their accuracy
• Cooperating with Production, Quality and Customer Service when introducing new products
• Participating in lean projects and activities aimed at increasing productivity

• You have a university degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering, or a secondary technical education with manufacturing experience.
• You can read technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
• You are interested in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, ideally you already have some initial experience with Lean.
• You are not afraid of working with data and systems (ERP, Excel).
• You speak English and Czech/Slovak.
• You are thorough, have an analytical mindset and you follow things through to completion.
