D365 F&O Specialist

Multi-Wing is a fast-growing multinational company at the forefront of the ventilation and HVAC industry. We serve global customers with custom-engineered axial fans and components and operate production and distribution sites in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

To strengthen and standardize our global operations, we are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Specialist – Operations to help design, align, and optimize our end-to-end processes. Job Summary

As D365 F&O Specialist – Operations, you act as an internal functional consultant for our global operations and supply chain. You will analyze business needs, optimize processes in customer service, production planning, manufacturing, and warehouse/inventory, and translate them into solid solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

You will work closely with local teams across our global sites and are expected to travel regularly to understand local practices, support rollouts, and drive alignment with global standards.

• Act as global subject-matter expert for D365 F&O in operations (sales orders, production, inventory, planning).
• Work as an internal functional consultant, challenging and refining business requirements and defining best-practice D365 F&O solutions.
• Design and document end-to-end processes across customer service, production planning, manufacturing execution, and warehouse/inventory.
• Visit production and distribution sites worldwide to understand local processes and align them with global templates.
• Handle 2nd line functional support, incident analysis, and coordination with Group IT and external partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Supply Chain, or similar.
• Several years as a D365 F&O or Microsoft AX functional consultant or internal ERP specialist within operations/supply chain.
• Strong understanding of D365 F&O in at least two areas, such as:
  – Customer service / order management
  – Production planning and scheduling
  – Manufacturing execution
  – Warehouse and inventory management
• Experience with standardized processes/templates, functional specifications, and collaboration with technical teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly and work across cultures and time zones.
• Strong analytical skills, structured way of working, and clear communication in English (spoken and written).

Note: Pure end-user experience (e.g. only working as a production planner or customer service coordinator inside D365) is not sufficient. We are looking for broader, solution-oriented ERP experience.
