Customer Service Coordinator

Multi-Wing is an international company with more than 60 years of history in the development and production of customer‑configured axial fans for industrial and HVAC applications. Our headquarters are in Denmark, we operate in more than 20 countries, and we supply solutions to leading machinery and equipment manufacturers worldwide.

• Carefully process our customers’ production orders and thoroughly check all data
• Work with product drawings, verifying specifications and ensuring their accuracy when entering them into the system
• Coordinate order entry so that customer requirements are met while respecting production capacity
• Communicate actively with customers and internal teams throughout the entire process
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, with the aim of ensuring their maximum satisfaction

• Secondary education completed with a school‑leaving exam
• English at B2 level, which you will use in everyday communication
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently at the same time
• Good computer skills (MS Office and similar)
• Reliability, independence, and team spirit
• Discretion when working with confidential information

We will also appreciate:

• Experience in purchasing/sales or familiarity with technical drawings (not required, but an advantage).

• Full‑time employment (40 hours per week)
• Annual bonus equivalent to one monthly salary
