Cash Collection & Treasury Specialist

Multi-Wing is a fast-growing multinational company at the forefront of the ventilation and HVAC industry. We serve global customers with custom-engineered axial fans and components and operate production and distribution sites in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Cash Collection area:

• Management and development of cash collection processes in the Northern Europe region (including the Czech Republic)
• Monitoring receivables and identifying overdue accounts
• Communication with customers regarding unpaid invoices
• Coordination of activities with internal departments (Customer Service, Sales)
• Data analysis and regular reporting on receivables
• Ongoing updates of data in the CRM database
• Preparation of documentation for audits

Treasury Support and banking agenda:

• Daily work with bank statements, checking and matching incoming and outgoing payments
• Preparation of payment files (on a weekly basis)
• Support with month-end closing (transfers, currency conversions, interest)
• Cooperation on short-term liquidity planning and cash flow forecasting

• An organized and detail-oriented person with strong attention to accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or finance role
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Reliability, patience, and professional conduct
• Proactive approach and flexibility
• Willingness to learn and grow together with the company
• Knowledge of accounting and the desire to further develop yourself and entrusted processes is a great advantage
• Czech language at a professional level, English at B2 level (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 with banking agenda or treasury processes is an advantage
