We are now looking for a Business Development – Technical Solutions professional to drive growth in the Australian market. This is a high-impact, commercially driven role focused on new business acquisition, market expansion, and strategic account development.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving market growth and strengthening Multi-Wing’s position as a leading supplier of axial impellers and fans in Australia
  • Identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities to expand market share
  • Developing and executing sales and business development strategies aligned with market opportunities and customer segments
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and visibility
  • Developing and growing key customer accounts to maximise long-term revenue and margin
  • Gathering and analysing market intelligence including customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity
  • Optimising pricing and product mix to improve margins through value-based selling
  • Collaborating with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
  • Positioning Multi-Wing as a trusted partner through strong customer relationships and value-driven engagement
  • Contributing to strategic growth initiatives within the Australian market

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or B2B solution sales
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition and pipeline development
  • Experience selling technical or engineered products/solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen with focus on revenue growth and margin improvement
  • Experience with CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Ability to translate technical features into customer value
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • A self-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in the Australian market is highly valued
