We’re looking for an Application Engineer who’s excited to turn airflow challenges into high-performance fan solutions. You’ll support our global sales team by helping design fan systems that deliver where others stall - boosting efficiency, cutting noise, and meeting demanding specs with confidence.

• Engineer smart: Turn sales input into custom fan solutions with the support of experienced engineers
• Build better tools: Help design and document new standard fan series to make life easier for sales
• Shape the system: Translate our know-how into practical design frameworks so others can build smarter, faster - and with fewer risks

• You’ve got a BSc or MSc in Engineering
• You speak and write English and Italian fluently
• You’ve worked with SolidWorks and Ansys
• You’re structured, methodical, and own your work from start to finish
• Multitasking doesn’t faze you
• Got HVAC/R or fan industry experience? That’s a big plus

• You join a tight-knit, skilled engineering team with a global reach

• Your ideas and communication skills are valued - locally and globally
