We are now looking for a motivated and technically minded Sales Engineer to support and grow our customer portfolio in the Nordics. If you combine strong technical understanding with commercial drive – this is your opportunity to make a real impact!

What You'll Be Doing

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop, grow, and manage sales activities within your territory (Nordics).
  • Promote Multi-Wing’s advanced fan solutions using your technical knowledge and commercial insight.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director to support growth strategies in your market.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with key OEM customers through regular onsite visits.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering technical support and tailored airflow solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support opportunity management and forecasting.

Quoting & Sales Support

  • Lead the full quoting process, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals.
  • Document customer agreements, pricing structures, and market insights.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to market and competitor analyses.

Achieving Sales Targets

  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets related to revenue, margin, and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Customer Service, Quality, Logistics, and Product Management to support project delivery.

Technical Advisory & Problem Solving

  • Provide hands-on customer support and address technical challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure customer needs and technical requirements are met effectively.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management.
  • Background in Off-Highway, HVAC&R, Fan Systems, or OEM industries is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Fluent Swedish or Danish language is required.

Skills & Personal Attributes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable making decisions and managing your territory autonomously.

Travel

  • Willingness to travel frequently within your market (approximately 40–60%).
