Sales Engineer – Italy

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive business growth in Italy as a Sales Engineer, working on-site during the first year, with the possibility of a hybrid setup thereafter.
  • Focus 100% on the off-highway segment, building strong expertise and customer partnerships in this market.
  • Act as the key technical and commercial partner for Italian customers, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, engineering, and operations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, contributing directly to business growth in your region.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate internally with application engineering, sourcing, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Travel regularly to visit customers, assess their needs, and drive business growth.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with customer interactions, opportunities, and project statuses.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience: 2-3 years in technical sales, preferably in the fan, HVAC, impeller, or off-highway industries
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with impellers, wing fans, radiators, motors, or mobile applications is a strong plus
  • Languages: Fluent in Italian with strong Business English
  • Personal Attributes:

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to travel frequently within the assigned region
