Part-Time IT Supporter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable IT Supporter who would enjoy working part-time and supporting our office in Vedbæk with hands-on IT tasks.

This role is ideal for a senior or retired IT professional who would like to stay active in a flexible, low-stress working environment while contributing valuable technical expertise.

• Preparing and reinstalling notebooks for new users
• Setting up laptops, peripherals, and workstations
• Basic hardware handling and troubleshooting
• Acting as on-site 1st level IT support
• Assisting colleagues with day-to-day IT-related questions
• Coordinating with external IT partners when needed

• Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Hands-on experience with hardware and Windows-based systems
• Enjoys helping colleagues and explaining technical matters clearly
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Availability to come to our Vedbæk office 1–2 days per week
• Fluent Danish and intermediate English
