Are you a strategic and hands-on engineering leader ready to shape the future of manufacturing across multiple European sites? We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to join our team and play a key role in optimizing, standardizing, and scaling our production processes across Italy and Spain.

This is a high-impact role that bridges design and manufacturing, working closely with R&D, Quality, IT/Data, and Production to ensure our operations are robust, efficient, and aligned with both technical and business goals.

• Own product codification and modular BOMs to ensure correct configurations, traceability, and manufacturability.
• Standardize and optimize production processes, routings, layouts, and documentation across sites.
• Act as a strategic link between engineering and the shop floor, ensuring data integrity and seamless process execution.
• Lead cost transparency efforts, analysing cost drivers (labour, material, scrap, cycle time) and collaborating with Finance and Procurement on cost optimization.
• Champion lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, SMED, VSM) and lead new product industrialization (NPI).
• Mentor and manage a small team of engineers/technicians, fostering development and technical excellence.

• A professional with a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experienced in manufacturing engineering (5–10 years), ideally within HVAC, fans, or electromechanical systems.
• Skilled in product codification, BOM structuring, and variant management.
• Familiar with ERP/PLM systems and ideally with CPQ tools for configurable products.
• Equipped with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven in applying lean manufacturing, process improvement, and cost analysis to deliver results.
