Your Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Lead R&D Engineer to be in charge of the design and development of electric motors for axial fan applications. Design & Innovation

• Lead the design of electric motors — from concept to production
• Use advanced simulation tools to optimize performance and efficiency
• Continuously improve motor design for durability and energy savings

Project Management

• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets
• Align goals across R&D, manufacturing, and external partners

Technical Leadership

• Mentor junior engineers and share your expertise
• Stay on top of the latest motor tech and bring fresh ideas to the table

Testing & Validation

• Develop test plans and analyze results to ensure quality and reliability
• Adjust designs based on performance insights

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams across the business
• Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support customers with technical guidance when needed

Education & Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Proven track record in electric motor design and development

Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in CAD and motor simulation tools (e.g., MotorCad)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing projects and working across teams

• Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel for meetings, testing, and team collaboration
• Fluent in English (B2–C1 level)
