IT Supporter

Do you want to combine hands-on IT support with a global impact? At Multi-Wing, we are looking for an IT Supporter who thrives in a dynamic environment where local presence meets global collaboration.

You will be based in Prague, supporting our Czech sites, while at the same time playing an active role in our Group IT function – delivering support to colleagues across Europe and Asia.

This is not just a local support role. You will be part of a global IT team, working across borders, systems, and time zones.

Your Role

As our new IT Supporter, you will be the go-to person for IT on our Czech locations – ensuring smooth day-to-day operations – while also contributing to global support tasks and initiatives within Group IT.

You will join a multinational IT team and report to the Team Lead for IT Support & Digital Workplace in Czech Republic. Together, you will ensure stable operations and continuously improve the IT experience for our users worldwide.

• Providing hands-on IT support to users at our locations in the Czech Republic area
• Delivering remote support to users across Europe and Asia
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network-related issues
• Supporting and maintaining our Microsoft 365 environment
• Assisting in managing Azure environments, users and access rights
• Contributing to device management through Intune
• Supporting network operations, including subnets, VLANs, switches and firewalls
• Collaborating with colleagues in the Group IT team on continuous improvements and IT projects

• Solid experience with Microsoft 365
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD
• Experience with Azure environments (VMs, access, policies)
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, subnets)
• Familiarity with Intune and/or SCCM
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
