Multi-Wing is the global leader in customizable axial fan solutions, serving demanding applications across HVAC, refrigeration, industrial and other sectors. To support our growth and manufacturing transformation, we are looking for a Global Manufacturing Engineering Lead to shape and drive our global production platform.
Reporting directly to the COO, you will own the global manufacturing engineering strategy and ensure that our technologies, processes, and industrialization capabilities support scalable growth, modular product architecture, and increasing customization.
- Defining and maintaining Multi‑Wing’s global manufacturing technology roadmap, identifying and implementing new production technologies, automation solutions and process improvements.
- Leading the development of standardized manufacturing processes and equipment platforms across sites, ensuring technologies support modular product design, configurability and cost competitiveness.
- Driving industrialization and process development for new products and updates, from concept to ramp‑up.
- Working closely with R&D and product engineering to ensure strong DfM/DfA and setting global standards for process capability, tooling, testing and assembly methods.
- Playing a key role in major manufacturing projects and footprint decisions, including leading and governing major capital investments and manufacturing development projects.
- Driving the implementation of new lines, equipment and technologies, and supporting the COO in developing and optimizing the global manufacturing footprint in terms of capacity, cost, risk and flexibility.
- Owning best practice and manufacturing excellence by establishing mechanisms for systematic sharing of best practices and lessons learned across sites.
- Building and maintaining a strong global manufacturing engineering network and supporting sites in solving complex technical challenges while driving productivity, quality and robustness.
- Promoting lean, automation and digital manufacturing where relevant, in close collaboration with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain and Product Management, and setting clear governance for standards and major engineering decisions.
