In 2025, we are launching a new global ERP and CRM system, based on D365 F&O and CE — a key step in building a truly connected organization with shared processes and data structures.

We are now looking for an ERP Consultant to join our dedicated ERP team in Group IT. This position and the ERP team in general plays a crucial role in both system support and continuous improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global company, but with a size and structure where you can still make a genuine impact. As a part of Group IT you will work alongside developers, IT support specialists, and infrastructure experts across our locations in Denmark, Prague, Indonesia, and Singapore.

Your Role

As an ERP Consultant, you will use your D365 F&O expertise to maintain a stable and well-functioning system while proactively identifying improvements and enhancements. While your primary focus will be on finance processes, you will collaborate across various functional areas such as Operations and Supply Chain.

This role is based in Prague, and we expect our team members to work at least three days a week from the office to foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

✅Support & Troubleshooting: Provide functional support across D365 F&O modules, focusing on Finance.

✅Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, subject matter experts, and colleagues across the globe to identify system improvements.

✅Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve system errors, integration issues, and performance bottlenecks.

✅System Maintenance: Assist with system upgrades, configurations, security roles, and workflows.

✅Process Optimization: Monitor system performance and work with the infrastructure team to optimize operations.

✅Documentation: Create support guides, FAQs, and best practices to enhance problem resolution.

✅Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to enhance ERP usability.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

✔ 3+ years of experience with D365 F&O (implementation & operational support).

✔ Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience resolving D365 F&O issues.

✔ Functional knowledge of Finance modules in D365 F&O.

✔ Familiarity with D365 F&O architecture, integrations, and data management.

✔ Experience with ITIL-based service management (Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools).

✔ Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).

✔ Ability to travel occasionally to other Multi-Wing locations if required.

✔ Willingness to work flexible hours to support global teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

➕ Experience in a manufacturing environment.

➕ Exposure to global ERP implementations across multiple cultures.

➕ Basic knowledge of X++ code and security diagnostics.

➕ SQL proficiency for troubleshooting database-related issues.

➕ Familiarity with Azure DevOps for development & issue tracking.

➕ Relevant Microsoft Certifications (Finance Functional Consultant, Solution Architect, etc.).

➕ ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.
