Group FP&A Analyst

Multi-Wing is looking for a Group Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our Global Business Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and business-partnering with global Sales and Operations teams to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role is ideal for an ambitious, analytically strong finance professional with a few years of experience in areas like FP&A, Sales Controlling, or Business Finance — someone who’s eager to grow, learn, and go the extra mile to support stakeholders and deliver real value.

About the Role:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you'll report directly to the Head of FP&A & BI and collaborate closely with global business leaders. Your mission will be to support financial planning and forecasting, provide data-driven analysis, and drive strategic insights that help shape our future.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
2. Analyzing performance, developing financial models, and generating insightful reporting
3. Collaborating with Sales and Operations to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
4. Preparing presentations and reports for executive leadership, leveraging data visualization tools like Power BI (Power BI experience is a plus, not a must!)
5. Driving process improvements in FP&A and supporting systems optimization

What We’re Looking For:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
2. 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Partnering, or related fields
3. Strong analytical and communication skills
4. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; Power BI experience is a bonus
5. Ambition, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
