Order Fulfillment & Planning Specialist

We are looking to welcome a new colleague to our Spanish business unit based in La Roca del Vallès, for the position of Order Fulfillment & Planning Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of customer orders, as well as coordinating the necessary planning activities to meet production and delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Register items in the ERP system
2. Generate customer orders in the system and confirm them to the customer
3. Create production orders to ensure timely manufacturing of necessary components
4. Keep the ERP system up to date
5. Plan orders effectively to meet customer requirements
6. Issue invoices
7. Prepare and send quotes to customers

Minimum Requirements:

1. Previous experience working with ERP systems in an industrial company
2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
3. Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken
