Join Multi-Wing as our new Quality Manager, where you will take ownership of the Quality Management System, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in ensuring process excellence.
What you’ll do:
- Full responsibility for organisational and technical lead of quality department (cca 5 team members)
- Lead the implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with global strategy and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Monitor and report on quality objectives and QMS performance to senior management.
- Lead internal and external audits, including the Integrated Management System audits covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Manage customer complaints, meetings and audits, communication of action plans
- Drive internal communication on quality issues across departments and ensure proper QA training.
- Oversee calibration of measurement equipment.
- Hold authority to stop production in case of non-conformities.
- Environmental Responsibilities:
- In cooperation with external service providers, ensure compliance with environmental regulations (waste, emissions, chemical handling).
- Communicate with authorities regarding environmental matters and maintain proper documentation.
- Implement corrective actions in environmental processes as needed.
What you need to excel:
- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and experience of 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, PDCA, PPAP
- Strong understanding of ISO-based QMS, internal audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and with external stakeholders.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English and Czech languages (spoken and written) on a professional business level.
