With a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, we serve a wide range of industrial applications worldwide.We are strengthening our Customer Support Team in Italy and are looking for a Customer Support Specialist – Order Fulfillment & Logistics to join our 2-person team managing customer-facing logistics and documentation. This is a key role responsible for ensuring seamless communication and execution from the moment a customer sends a purchase order to the successful delivery of goods — ideal for a service-minded, detail-oriented professional with a logistics flair and a passion for operational coordination.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer purchase orders (POs), ensuring accurate and timely order entry and acknowledgement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for providing customers with delivery updates and issuing basic quotations as needed.
- Sending preliminary order confirmations (OC) to internal teams and ensuring order details are shared clearly and proactively.
- Managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from PO reception to final shipment.
- Coordinating shipment planning and execution with carriers and freight partners, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Preparing and handling all shipping documentation, including customs paperwork for international deliveries.
- Ensuring streamlined communication between all stakeholders (customers, internal departments, carriers) to avoid delays and misunderstandings.Monitoring and resolving issues related to deliveries, shipment delays, or customer complaints with a proactive approach.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the warehouse, logistics, sales, and finance teams to streamline customer service operations.
- Using ERP and CRM systems to manage workflows and keep detailed, accurate records.

Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in customer support, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-driven mindset.
- Fluent proficiency in both English and Italian, at a professional level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in additional languages: German and/or French are considered strong assets.
- Knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs documentation, and Incoterms.
- Prior experience in customer logistics or post-order customer service roles.
