We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Coordinator in Prague, Czech Republic, to join our team. 

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our global supply chain operations to ensure the seamless flow of materials and products, supporting our mission to deliver innovative air-moving solutions to our customers worldwide. 

You will be reporting directly to the Global Shipping Manager.

In this role, you will

  • Be responsible for the daily Order Management  
  • Be planning shipments and sorting out transport matters (e.g. export documentation) 
  • Be managing 3PL Warehousing in/outbound  
  • Purchase components at suppliers and internally 

What you need to excel

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, vendor management, freight forwarder, or procurement roles / in a multi-national organization 
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems, inventory management systems, and transportation management systems (AX, D365 preferable). 
  • Experienced Microsoft Excel user 
  • Advanced level of English (the Czech language is nice to have) 

Personal Qualities

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. 

The job will be located in Prague with some flexibility for the home office.
