We are looking to hire a Sales Project Manager to join our team in England (office based in Leicester).  You will work closely with a small sales team to provide excellent technical support and customer service to both our customers and Sales Engineers.

In this role, you will

  • Use in-house bespoke software and their technical knowledge to support new and existing customers and find solutions to their needs. 
  • Use your technical knowledge and in-house training to provide technical support to our field salespeople. 
  • Build relationships with existing and new accounts. 
  • Convert leads to quotes and quotes to sales through good sales skills. 
  • Process, contract review and progress customer orders 

What you need to excel

  • Previous technical sales experience if possible in the fan, HVAC & R industry or in another component sales position for the OEM industry
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Our office is located in Leicester. It is an office-based position, but after training (it could be for several months) there is a possibility for some combination of home-office and office work.
