We are looking to hire a ESG Reporting Specialist to join our team in Denmark, located at Multi-Wing Group headquarters in Vedbæk.

Unfortunately, we don´t provide relocation packages or visa process support. We need someone already located there to support this location and timezone.

In this role, you will

The ESG Reporting Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to environmental, social, and governance reporting
Data collection, analysis, and reporting on the company's sustainability initiatives and performance
The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and transparent reporting, as well as staying updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices
Conduct consolidation and reporting of ESG data including external reporting of Sustainability key figures

Maintain and develop the ESG accounting policies and guidelines
Support implementation of CSRD within Multi-Wing Group
Prepare EU Taxonomy disclosure
Facilitate the audit process and assurance of ESG reporting

What you need

A background in financial reporting with a passion for sustainability
Knowledge and experience around CSRD and EU Taxonomy is an advantage but not a requirement
Professional experience 1-3+ years
English business fluent - both oral and written
Ability to engage and work with many different business stakeholders
Good analytical and systematical skills

You will report to the Head of ESG & Governmental Affairs, with whom you will be responsible for the successful sustainability efforts of Multi-Wing

The job will be located at Multi-Wing Group headquarters in Vedbæk, Denmark but involve engagement with and travel to our sites globally. It will be possible to combine in office work with work from home.
