Global QEHS Director

We are seeking a Global QEHS Director to define and drive the strategic direction of our global Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) agenda. This is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring compliance with international standards, advancing operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all Multi-Wing facilities worldwide.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional business units, operations, and corporate leadership to align quality and EHS processes, manage risk, and ensure consistent execution of our QEHS strategy.

Quality Leadership

• Develop, implement, and maintain a global Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 multi-site standards.
• Lead audits, certifications, and compliance programs globally.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with R&D and Operations to embed quality into product design and NPI processes.
• Manage supplier quality requirements, audits, and claims handling.

EHS Leadership

• Define and execute a global EHS strategy ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and lead incident and crisis management programs.
• Establish key EHS performance metrics and lead risk identification and mitigation initiatives.

People & Culture

• Lead and develop regional QEHS teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Provide leadership training and promote a culture of engagement and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Safety, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in global quality and/or EHS leadership roles within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven success in implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities at all organizational levels.
