G Series

With a diameter range of 980-2746 mm (38.5-108.1 in), Multi-Wing's G series represents axial fans of the largest diameter. The G fans are the largest thermoplastic fans in the world. They are best suited for larger applications requiring high efficiency, high-volume airflow, and low noise, including the cooling of cooling towers and condensers, but they are also widely used in petrochemical industry. The G series applications range from industrial heat exchangers to HVACR.

The G series blades are distinguished by a notch built to receive a pitch insert in the cylindrical base. They offer the configurations of 2-8 blade count in pitch angles of 15º-50º in 1º increments. The G blades are available in a variety of materials, including glass-reinforced polypropylene (PPG), glass-reinforced polyamide (PAG nylon), anti-static glass reinforced polyamide (PAGAS nylon). The G series fans are available in clockwise and counterclockwise rotations with airfoil and sickle blade profiles. The G series includes 2 of Multi-Wing's most popular impellers – the 10G airfoil and the 1G sickle.
