The 6W impeller is specifically aimed at applications such as cooling towers, air-cooled condensers, and industrial ventilation units. It is designed to produce the extremely efficient combination of high air volume, low power consumption, and low noise.
The new impeller consists of unique twisted airfoil fan blades of glass reinforced polypropylene and die cast aluminium hubs. Further, the impeller is designed to accommodate the wide range of Multi-Wing universal bosses. The combination of parts manufactured in both plastic and aluminium makes the impeller at the same time lightweight and high strength resulting in less wear on motors and bearings.
It will be available in any diameter between 600 mm to approx. 1450 mm with 5 different adjustable pitch fan blades and 6 hub sizes accommodating 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10 fan blades all symmetrically arranged.
