The Multi-Wing Tracking System is a software feature
in our business management system that allows us to track an order through the different processes
of production. There are 4 different processes: assembling, cutting, balancing and packing. When a
process is finished, it is registered at once, enabling us to track the order minute by minute.
We plan to add the tracking system to our e-commerce spring 2006. The advantage of the online
tracking system is the possibility to check on the delivery status of an order 24 hours a day.
Instead of calling, sending a fax or an email to check on the delivery status of your order, you
will be able to check up on it on our website. An Internet connection is all that is needed.
To track an order it is, however, necessary that you place your order through e-commerce.
