PAG vs. PAGAS

When measuring the performance of impellers in glass reinforced polyamide (PAG) versus impellers in anti static glass reinforced polyamide (PAGAS) we found that the tensile strength of PAGAS was lower than the strength of PAG. In order to maintain the same high safety factor as applied to our other materials, we have decided to lower RPM for PAGAS to 80% of PAG. This change will be implemented in the next update of our Optimiser programme.
