The 2WL sickle-shaped blade in glass-reinforced polyamide (PAG) and
industrial glass-reinforced polyamide (PAGI) is now in stock.
The 2W sickle-shaped range offers light but broad blades with a low noise level due to
the unique profile, a thin trailing edge and a large pressure capability allowing a lower RPM.
The 2W range is specifically developed for applications with low speed motors and moderate power
consumption requiring low noise emission. It is also suitable for high performance air moving
units such as mobile radiators and wood dryers.
Design Features:
Large W-root like the 7W and 9W blade
Accommodating 5, 6, 8 and 10 bladed W/P hubs
Diameter of approx. 1250 mm in a 5 and 6 bladed hub
Unique, adjustable pitch setting system ranging from 20° to 50°, allowing the impeller range to be fully adjustable with 1° increments
Availaible for counter-clockwise rotation
The plan is to design a larger scaled version of the 2W blade, which will be called 3W.
The 3W blade is scheduled for release at the beginning of 2006.
