| April 28th, 2005 marked the grand opening of Multi-Wing (Suzhou) Co., Ltd, Multi-Wing International’s new subsidiary in China. The celebration began with the official ribbon cutting ceremony by Palle Linde, General Manager of Multi-Wing (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., Thomas Haderup, Managing Director of Multi-Wing International a·s and Sun Jing Xia, Supervisor of ShengPu Investment Center, followed by speeches made by the above-mentioned.

Establishing Multi-Wing
(Suzhou) Co., Ltd Mr. Linde thanked everybody for support and assistance through the process of starting up Multi-Wing (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. On the impact of establishing a new subsidiary in China, Mr. Linde stated: "Starting up a Multi-Wing subsidiary in China is a natural step in Multi-Wing International’s overall strategy. We are very excited about establishing a company in an area with such a vibrant business environment and impressive overall growth rates. Even though we are a relatively small company, we believe we can contribute to all of this in a positive way". Mr. Haderup continued: “China plays a key role in the globalization process and some of our customers are already here, while others are literally moving to China as we speak. The decision to operate in China was therefore not a difficult one”.

Celebrating the grand opening After the official opening ceremony by Mr. Linde, Mr. Haderup and Ms. Sun Jing Xia, everybody had champagne and watched fireworks. Afterwards, the guests were invited to see the production facilities. Finally, lunch BBQ was served in the production hall. For guests and employees, it was a day of memorable festivities and high excitement. Plants, banners, balloons, flowers and red carpets decorated the facilities. The hall was buzzing with people mingling and opening their Multi-Wing lucky bags. All in all people had a pleasant time enjoying the informal BBQ.
