As a world leader in the design of axial impellers, Multi-Wing International a·s launches two innovative impellers: 1Z and 2Z. These impellers emit significantly less noise than impellers with the same pressure and volume capability running at the same speed.

Key Applications
In response to the off-highway industry demanding impellers with a lower noise level, Multi-Wing International a·s has developed 1Z and 2Z. The blades have been proven to deliver more air, more pressure and less noise than conventional blades. The 1Z and 2Z are specifically aimed at the evaporative cooling market, radiator applications, and engine cooling applications such as coil coolers, intercoolers, compressors and generators.

Guaranteed Performance
With their sickle shape, thin trailing edge and large pressure capability allowing a lower RPM, the 1Z and 2Z are guaranteed to produce the highly desirable and extremely efficient combination of high air volume, low power consumption and low noise. Our wind tunnel testing has shown very impressive efficiency rates. 
Cost Efficient 
The 1Z and 2Z impellers are very cost efficient because you need less blades than earlier to achieve the same pressure. The blades can be configured with 5, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 16-bladed hubs. The 1Z and 2Z are available for clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation, in either virgin glass-reinforced polyamide or industrial glass-reinforced polyamide and can be set to any pitch angle from 20 degrees to 45 degrees in five-degree increments.
