Multi-Wing proudly launches the new high performance 6W impeller

As a world leader in the design and manufacture of axial impellers, we have launched a new innovative impeller, the Multi-Wing 6W. It delivers impressive performance figures and is available in diameter from 560 mm to maximum of 1432mm. 


Guaranteed Performance 
With its twisted airfoil profile, the 6W is guaranteed to produce the highly desirable and extremely efficient combination of high air volume, low power consumption and low noise. Indeed, our wind tunnel testing has proven efficiency rates up to an impressive 74%.

The impeller can be configured with 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 or 10 blades in either glass reinforced polypropylene or glass reinforced polyamide. These pressure die cast blades are available for clockwise rotation. What’s more, they can be set to any pitch angle from 20 degrees to 50 degrees in one-degree increments to provide a customised fit whatever your specific application requirements. 


In Stock Versatility 
As with all of our impellers, we maintain a comprehensive range of mounting solutions available from stock. The pressure die cast hub parts include bosses with standard bore/keyway sizes, flange mountings and taper-lock bushings to further enhance the versatility of the 6W range. 


Key Applications 
The impeller is a robust all-round impeller designed to efficiently operate in applications ranging from air-cooled condensers and cooling towers to engine radiator cooling and agricultural ventilations.
