Management Principles
At Multi-Wing International a·s, we have three main principles that govern good management. The principles are value-based
and solution-focused. The three management principles are:
1. Direction – The manager must in word and action communicate our mission, vision and values and ensure conformity
between the development of employees and the objectives and assignments.
2. Drive – The manager must make the right decisions, focus on fast and efficient performance and demonstrate
conformity between words and action.
3. Coaching – the manager must inspire and motivate, follow up on performance of his/her department, anticipate
and solve problems.
We believe in management with a high degree of freedom with responsibility. There must be some space for differences concerning
managerial style but it is important that we have a “common main thread”. The manager must show interest in the individual and
his situation and focus on emphasizing talents, qualifications and competences rather than deficiencies. All managers must be an
example to their employees in every respect.
