In October 2007, Multi-Wing International held the yearly Employee Satisfaction Survey undertaken by Ennova A/S
www.ennova.dk based on the European Employee Index (EEI).
The graph below illustrates the level of the overall Satisfaction & Motivation at Multi-Wing International
compared with the same line of business in Denmark and the average of Danish companies. Job Satisfaction &
Motivation is a combination of actual experience, demands and expectations and is influenced by a variety of factors
or action parameters such as reputation, senior management, immediate superior, cooperation, daily work, total
remuneration and development.

As the graph illustrates, the degree of overall Satisfaction & Motivation at our company is high. The big
challenge for Multi-Wing in the future is to keep this high level of Satisfaction & Motivation during the coming
years with the expected growth.
