Career
With numerous business areas like other companies, we have employees that specialize in a multitude of fields;
shipping, accounting, IT, administration, marketing, sales, engineering, production, HR, etc. As Multi-Wing is
a production company, we have employees with very different levels of education and background.
Multi-Wing International a·s aims to maintain and develop a challenging and enjoyable workplace for all employees.
We achieve this by focusing on employee training and development, as we believe that training and development
motivates and gives a higher degree of job satisfaction. The aim of personnel development is to empower employees
to improve efficiency continuously and to maintain high standards without compromising, to optimize productivity
and improve the quality of work.
At Multi-Wing International a·s we believe that every employee should have the possibility to develop. We want to
keep our employees within the organisation so we invest in them by creating an environment where everyone to a
considerable extent can personally manage their working lives according to their skills, achievements and interests.
Professional and personnel development typically leads to more responsibility and challenges, which motivate and
result in more job commitment. These are key factors when it comes to a high degree of Satisfaction & Motivation.
Multi-Wing’s personnel development policy constitutes an integral part of our long-term vision, mission, corporate
and strategic plans and objectives. In practise each employee has his own individual training plan; this is to
prioritize and make a plan to reach his or her short- and long-term career goals. At least once a year - during
the Personal Development Review (PDR) - this plan is updated and revised for the year to come,
and we make sure that each individual’s objectives and plans are consistent with the overall strategy of the company.
Multi-Wing International a·s has grown significantly since the foundation of the company. The employee who is ready
to make an effort has the best opportunity to develop. We have several examples of employees who have moved from one
department to another. Read the story of
